We don't take liability for any freight charges unless the return is due to the manufacturer's defect or a direct result of an error after the parts are received.
With the cooling off period, it cancels the contract within a few days (usually three days) after signing it.
All performance and accessories parts are shipped with the essential clearance. All the orders leave the warehouse within 24-48 hours of the order confirmation date unless specified. All the shipping charges vary and depend on the size of the package and delivery location. Small and medium-sized packages are delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
After receiving the order, we inspect all the shipping packages and items for signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect auto parts. All our warehouse inspectors constantly endeavour to prevent shipping damage, but it does occasionally. When you receive a damaged part, you can call us immediately to avoid being charged freight. We don't take responsibility for the injured, missing or improper parts after 90 days, regardless of fault. All the items are purchased from the website for the shipping terms, for the FOB shipping point, the carrier accepts the goods for transport. We don't take responsibility for lost or stolen packages and are happy to assist in filing a claim with the shipping company. Also, you should contact us immediately if the shipment is not received within two days of the carrier's estimated delivery date. You should go by all the requests within 30 days of the load for claim possibility.
